The construction of the Makov-1 SPS has began its final stage

EDS-DEVELOPMENT has begun the final stage of the construction of the Makov-1 solar power station in the Dunaevets district of the Khmelnytskyi region. The vast majority of the planned work has already been completed, it remains to improve the territory of the facility.

Recall that the total capacity of the newly built MES-1 SPS with an area of 20 hectares will be 9.99 MW, which will provide clean solar energy to industrial and residential consumers in the surrounding settlements.
Thanks to proper planning, all construction, and electrical installation work are carried out in parallel, which allows you to adhere to the scheduled deadlines for the commissioning of the object.
Note that all 41768 pieces. FEM (PV modules) and 151 pcs. the inverters provided by the design and technical documentation of the SPS are installed. The installation of 6 transformer substations KTP 0.4\10 kV and distribution point RP-10 kV was also completed.

Landscaping is being actively carried out: roads are being built inside the site and the installation of the entrance fencing group around the perimeter of the solar power station is in the final stage.

Participation in the construction project of solar power station “Solar Park Veseloe”, 16 MW

Almost a year ago, it was launched into the generation of the solar power station “SOLAR PARK FUN”, 16 MW.

This object was significant for our EDS-DEVELOPMENT team.
Why?

We just launched our SPS ENERGY 2 MW power station into generation and to take part in such a project of such proportions was a challenge for us.

EDS-DEVELOPMENT acted as the general designer for the development of all the necessary design estimates.

To connect the solar power station to the networks of Oblenergo, the existing substation was reconstructed with the installation of a 35 kW vacuum circuit breaker cell, and a 35 kV cable line was laid for 4 km.

The high building density of the facility required compact solutions, so ten complete 35/0.4 kV transformer substations with a capacity of 1600 kVA were installed at the facility (in-house development).

We also installed 35 kV open distribution center (in-house development) and built 35 kV on-site networks.

Start of construction of a 19.5 MW Solar Power Station in Zaporizhzya region

The active development of "green energy" in Ukraine confirms the correct choice of the vector of development of the company EDS-DEVELOPMENT. At the end of November 2018, the turnkey construction of a solar power plant of FES with a capacity of 19.5 MW in the Zaporizhzhya region began.

This area has great potential for the construction of SPS, as it has one of the highest rates of insolation and the number of sunny days in a year. The area of the FES under construction is 33.3 ha. The design capacity of 19.5 MW will be provided by photovoltaic modules (FEM) in the amount of 66232 units (power of each module is 345 W), inverters for 120 kW (162 units) and inverters for 60 kW (1 unit).

At the moment, preparatory and land works are being carried out:

  • Delivery of the necessary tools and special equipment to the facility;
  • The construction of a temporary construction camp;
  • Drilling holes for FEM racks (90% completed);
  • Installation and concreting of racks (45% completed);
  • Installation of a fence around the perimeter of the territory.

Start of construction of a Solar Power Station in the Shiroke, Zaporizhzya region

The solar energy market of Ukraine is developing at an increasing pace. Thanks to a well-thought-out policy using the incentive in the form of a "green tariff", the number of people wishing to take up a promising business area is increasing. EDS-DEVELOPMENT in 2018 has both completed and ongoing projects for the construction of SPS. A wide staff of highly qualified specialists allows the company to sign new contracts. In the middle of autumn 2018, they began to fulfill the order for the construction of a solar power station in s. Wide, Zaporizhzhya region

The object will occupy an area of 38 hectares. The estimated total capacity of the station will be 19.9 MW. The number of FEM will be 67660 units.

Employees of the company carried out preliminary work aimed at landscaping, delivery of necessary materials and tools to the facility. After unloading, installing cabins and the arrival of specialized equipment, the installation crews began the first phase of construction. Currently completed:

  • Drilling holes under the stands of FEM tables. 12,826 out of 28,888 (44.40%) drilled;
  • Installation and concreting of racks of tables of FEM. 9407 of 28888 (32.56%) were installed.

SPS "Makov-1": we are completing the installation of metal structures under the FEM

The construction work related to the installation of metal structures (tables), which are subsequently mounted on photovoltaic modules (FEM), is being completed at the Makov-1 SES facility (Makovskaya village council, Dunaevets district, Khmelnytsky region). 99 percent completed:

  • Drilling holes under racks;
  • Concreting and installation of racks of tables;
  • Installation and concreting of elevated formwork.

Soon, the delivery of FEM from Jinko Solar (China), model JKM270PP-60 with a power of 270 watts, is expected.

EDS-DEVELOPMENT construction crews are simultaneously preparing the foundation for the KTP 0.4/10 kV. The concreting process is 50% complete.

Wiring teams completed the installation of cable products with a voltage class of 10 kV. At the moment, cable-conductor products are being installed with a voltage class of 0.4 kV and an inverter ground loop (75% completed).

EDS-DEVELOPMENT specialists have begun work on the construction of a solar power station in the village of Oak, Sinelnikovsky district, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Construction of a solar power station is one of the priority areas in the field of energy supply in the region. In addition to the construction of large power plants, it is also planned to create small facilities to provide electricity to residents of several villages, including the Lybid SES in the Dubove.

An area of 8 hectares is reserved for the power plant. According to the project, the station will consist of 17,328 photovoltaic modules (FEM), each of which has a power of 330 watts. The total capacity of the power plant will be 5.1 MW.

The construction of the power station will be carried out in three phases. Today, the work is at the initial stage: the company's specialists have prepared the area for construction and the wells are being drilled.

Solar panels, which will soon provide electricity to the population of Raevsky s / s, will not only contribute to the implementation of the state energy conservation program but will also produce clean energy without causing the slightest harm to the environment.

We hope that the implementation of this project will give impetus to new ideas for providing the region with alternative energy.

Launch of the 1st stage of SPS “Alanta Energy”

In village Goryanovsk Obukhov village council, Dniprovsky district, Dnipropetrovsk region began the generation of SPS "Alanta Energy". SES is under construction in two stages. At the moment, they launched the 1st stage with a design capacity of 1 MW. Wiring teams of the company began construction of the 2nd stage of similar capacity. The launch of the SPS at full capacity of 2 MW is planned for the winter.

SPS “Alanta Energy” is the second solar power station commissioned by EDS-DEVELOPMENT. The object was built on a plot of 2 hectares. According to the approved technical documentation, 50 supporting metal structures were mounted on the territory of the SPS, which housed 4200 Jinko Solar JKM270PP-60 photovoltaic modules. Each module generates 270 watts. In addition to PM, inverters and adders play an important role in converting solar energy into electrical energy. At this SPS, 25 Huawei inverters and 6 EDS totalizers (own production) were installed. To transfer the generated power to the regional power grids on the territory of the SPS, KTP of the MODULE 1000/6/0.4 series is also installed, also produced by “EDS-ENGINEERING”.

The customer chose the phased construction of the SPS, which allows to optimize investments, reduce the payback period of the SPS and provides the opportunity to refinance the facility after the first stage. At the time of launching the second phase of construction, the 1st phase will already be profitable to its owner.

Start of construction of the Makov-1 SES 9.99 MW

EDS-Development has launched the next order for the construction of a solar power station. The land plot for a power plant with a total area of 20 hectares is located outside the boundaries of the village on the territory of the Makovsky rural council of the Dunaevetskiy district of the Khmelnytskyi region. The total capacity of the Makov-1 solar power station under construction will be 9.99 MW.

According to the design documentation, for the generation of electricity in the territory of the solar power station, it will be necessary to install 41814 photovoltaic modules (PM) and 152 inverters.

At the moment, construction is at the first stage and preparatory measures are being taken:

  • Design and survey work. Our experts went to the facility for field research. With the help of geodetic works, information was obtained on the natural features of the area;
  • Meteorological analysis performed;
  • We equip the construction site: we plan the terrain, establish a guard post, premises for electrical and construction teams, a room for tools, etc.

A thoroughly conducted preparatory phase allows you to avoid mistakes during the construction of the solar power station and minimize the need to make significant changes to the project, which, in turn, affects the timing of commissioning.
