Independent evaluation was carried out by a number of major companies including Baker Tilly (consulting), Dentos (the largest law firm in the world), the energy project management company IKNET and others.<\/p><p><em>\u00ab<\/em><em>\u201cThe purpose of the study is to help investors focus on promising projects, show how many companies of various profiles are operating in the market, what are
