public development;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lands of nature reserve fund and other nature protection designation;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lands of health-improving designation;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lands of recreational designation;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lands of historical-cultural designation;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lands of forest fund;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lands of water fund;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lands of industry, transport, communications, energy, defense and other designation;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lands of tenant or land owner?<\/strong><\/h1><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For each category of land, there are rules for use and permitted activities. For example, factories and any other facilities not related to agriculture cannot be built on land of agricultural designation. Lands for recreation and tourism of population (recreational) cannot be used for industrial construction, etc.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The use of a land plot not according to the designated purpose is prohibited by the law.<\/span><\/p><h1><strong>Is it possible to change the designated purpose and how to do it?<\/strong><\/h1><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes, it\u2019s possible. This right is assigned to the owner of the plot by the Land Code of Ukraine. For this, the established procedure must be observed:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You conclude an agreement on the <\/span><b>development of a land survey project<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with a land surveying company. The term of production is stated in the contract (the price is higher, the term is faster), but cannot exceed 6 months according to the Law.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Further, you need <\/span><b>to coordinate the project<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with the local department of the StateGeoCadastre, local department of architecture and urban development and other organizations in each individual case.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Important! A <\/span><b>detailed territory plan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is required. Request this document from local councils or from the district state administration. If there is no detailed plan \u2013 order the development additionally.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apply to the village (settlement, city) council with a petition <\/span><b>for approval of the project<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on changing the designated purpose.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submit an <\/span><b>application and a land survey project to TsNAP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Centre for the Delivery of Administrative Services) for entering information into the State Land Cadastre. Your application will be considered within 14 days.
