"At the initial stage, we are leveling the area where the solar power plant will be located. We are already planning to put our feet under the tables and will start assembling them in a few days," says Vitaliy Shakalo, Investment Manager.
EDS-Development prepared these plots from scratch, having done a huge amount of work on land allocation and change of land use and obtaining a package of documents to start the construction of three SPPs.
The planned start of the generation of these objects is on June 1 June 2021.
The SPP will not only create new jobs, but will also allow to increase contributions to the budget of the city's united territorial community.
