EDS-DEVELOPMENT has begun adding capacities to the San Energy Mezhirich solar power station in the Dnipropetrovsk region to bring it to a design capacity of 7 MW. The first 2-megawatt line, also built by our specialists, already generates "green" electricity in the amount of about 2.5 million kWh per year.
The reconstruction is carried out in stages, after the completion of three phases of 2 MW, 1 MW, and 2 MW the total capacity of San Energy Energy Mezhirich SPS will be 7 MW. Currently, EDS specialists are continuing to work on the installation of metal structures for FEM tables. A significant part of the electrical equipment that will be used as part of the three phases of the reconstruction of the new SPS is assembled at the EDS's facilities. We are talking about EDS combiners and four complete transformer substations KTP-35 / 0.4 kV, one of which is already transmitting electricity to the network of the first stage of the station. To connect the facility to external power networks, a recloser unit with a vacuum circuit breaker and built-in current transformers is installed, which automatically disconnects a section of the circuit in case of overloads. According to plans, all three phases of the reconstruction of the SPS will be completed and put into generation before the end of 2019.
